SACRAMENTO -- Twas was the night before MNF, and all gathered round, not a broski was stirring, no chips to be found. The Red Zone was on and YouTube TV, can't afford Prime, so FOX Sports we shall see.

This is where it all went wrong from Denzel Perrman.

Look, was the tackle on Ryan Flournoy "clean?" No, there's still a bit of brown on the toilet paper, but the NFL's egregious call on Perryman is just another strange one in a series of concerning events. The man's helmet brushed against another's mid-play, he didn't take it off mid game and beat Flournoy over the head with it?

This is fake concern if I've ever seen it, and the NFL needed a scapegoat. Lets look at this season's injury list. Growing indefinitely. Why not put inplace rules on maybe the ballooning average player weight causing egregious harm, or dig deeper into the worsening ACL tear epidemic. No, instead the NFL blatantly chooses to punish the Chargers once again.
