NCAA Transfer Portal Suffers Data Breach

SACRAMENTO -- The NCAA Transfer Portal has suffered a massive data breach at the worst time: when players are trying to transfer. No Personally Identifying Information (PII) was leaked and subsequently sold on the dark web, besides player's names, addresses, social security numbers, transcripts, class schedules, deepest fears, biggest dreams, religions, and permanent records. This is NOT available for purchase at this link to the dark web.

It is reported that, much like the cogs in the machine of cooperate America, players have been flooded with emails of AI generated transfer offers. Some players, most notably kickers, have accidentally gone through with the entire process. After multiple rounds of calls involving people with strong accents, buying and redeeming gift cards, and providing 2 step verification numbers sent through SMS that clearly say "DO NOT SHARE THIS", Max Gilbert has successfully transferred to Ole Miss.

We will continue to monitor this data leak scenario and report back specifically with phone numbers so you can call and text your favorite players.

I love you.
